Designation: Customer Support
Any Graduates or undergraduates
CTC :0-4 LPA
Exp : 0-4 Yrs
5 days working ,2 rotational week offs,
2 ways cab facility
Work Location :Hyderabad(Hi Tech City)
LOOKING FOR IMMEDIATE JOINER
Key Roles : Handling inbound calls of international customers,providing them with information,support and solutions.
. Understand customer concern and providing Accurate and timely Responses,
Record customers interaction,Transactions details accurately in System.
. Follow int voice process guidelines to ensure consistence service delivery
SKILLS
Excellent Communication Skill in English verbal and Written.
Strong problem solving skills and customer orientation,
Flexibility to working any shifts ,
