Role & Responsibilities

This is a full-time on-site role for a Recruiter at Tech Initiator in Ahmedabad. As a Recruiter, you will be responsible for identifying, screening, and interviewing potential candidates for various positions within the company. Your day-to-day tasks will involve posting job openings, reviewing resumes, conducting interviews, and making hiring recommendations. Additionally, you will play a key role in maintaining and improving our recruitment processes to attract top talent.
