US Payroll Specialist

𝐀𝐛𝐨𝐮𝐭 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐑𝐨𝐥𝐞:
We are looking for a highly skilled and detail-oriented US Payroll Executive to join our team! In this role, you will be responsible for managing the accurate and timely processing of employee payroll, ensuring compliance with US federal, state, and local payroll regulations.

Position- US Payroll Executive

Location- Lucknow (Onsite Preferred)

Salary- 5LPA TO 7 LPA

Shift Timing: Night Shift (US EST)

Experience Required - 5 to 7 years
Joining Preference - Immediate Joiner

𝑲𝒆𝒚 𝑹𝒆𝒔𝒑𝒐𝒏𝒔𝒊𝒃𝒊𝒍𝒊𝒕𝒊𝒆𝒔:
Process payroll accurately and on time using payroll software
Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local tax regulations
Administer employee benefits (health insurance, retirement plans, etc.)
Prepare and submit payroll tax filings (quarterly and annual)
Handle payroll inquiries and resolve discrepancies
Manage payroll-related documentation (pay slips, W-2 forms, tax documents)

𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐝 𝐒𝐤𝐢𝐥𝐥𝐬 & 𝐐𝐮𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬:
Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (preferred)
Experience: 5-7 years of experience in US payroll management
Technical Skills: Proficiency in ADP payroll systems and payroll software
Analytical Skills: Strong attention to detail and exceptional mathematical abilities
Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal skills for collaboration and support
