Sales & Service Manager

JOB BRIEF
Prospecting and closing sales lead. Developing, implementing and evaluating the sales plan and strategy. Strong management and coaching skills to support the learning and development of the sales team. Knowledge of Garage equipment & tools. Good knowledge of automobile Industry.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITY

  • Provide quality leadership for internal and external customers in all assigned tasks, inclusive of strong problem solving skills, facilitating creative improvements and inspiring others.
  • Achieves the Regions revenue and profitability quotas from all the customer segments within the territory.
  • Establishes an environment and foundation for future sales growth. Sells and teaches others how to sell value and solutions to customers.
  • Work independently to learn your customers' operations, understand their business needs and accordingly provide solutions.
  • Efficiently manages the Territorys Service complaints, customer relationships and accordingly reports to the reporting head.
  • Support the sales and service teams including mentoring, managing performance and their career progression.
  • Plan the Territorys sales and forecasting along with the reporting head.
  • Evaluate market trends and gather competitive information, identify trends that effect current and future growth of regional sales and profitability.


Telesales Executive Requirements:

  • Management experience, preferably for sales and service.
  • Working experience of Garage equipment industry, automobile industry or medical equipment industry.
  • Demonstrated record of achievement in a prior sales position.
  • Willing to travel.
  • Excellent planning and organizational skills, strong relationship management capability
  • Strong oral, written, telephonic and presentation skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to learn and retain product specific information and utilize to position the features and benefits to Customers.
  • Computer literate with the knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications
  • Excellent English communication (verbal and written).
  • Strong project and time management skills


EDUCATION
a. Minimum Education: B.Tech., M.Tech., Diploma in Mechanical, M.B.A. in Sales & Marketing.
b. Technical Education: M.S. Office

EXPERIENCE
a. Minimum Experience in sales: 5 years
b. Minimum Experience: 3 Year in Corporate

BEHAVIOURAL & TECHNICAL SKILLS
a. Must be fluent in Hindi (Hindi and English both preferred).
b. Good communication skills (Writing & Speaking)
c. Negotiation skills
d. Good relationship skills.
