Job Description:

We seek a dynamic and motivated HR Recruiter to join our team in Pune. The ideal candidate will play a key role in sourcing, screening, and hiring top talent, ensuring a seamless onboarding experience.

Responsibilities:

• Handle end-to-end recruitment processes.
• Source and screen candidates through various channels (Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, etc.).
• Conduct initial interviews to assess candidates' suitability.
• Negotiate salary and benefits with candidates effectively.
• Use strong convincing skills to engage and onboard potential candidates.
• Manage joining formalities and documentation.
• Build strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
• Maintain a database of potential candidates for future opportunities.
• Ensure timely updates to stakeholders on hiring progress.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Prior experience in HR recruitment (preferred but not mandatory).
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
