• Do market research and identify prospective clients across the given scope of region.

• Be punctual to office everyday; Check in before 09:30am Mon-Sat
• Be presentable and wear the office uniform everyday
• Be aware of all the products, processes and team members
• Customer centric mindset and problem solving attitude
• Good Communication skills

Responsibilities:

• Strong knowledge of all the construction material products, processes,and people
• Visit prospective customers and record their requirements
• Comply with reporting of the data on a daily and weekly and monthly basis

Success metric:

• Number of prospective clients shared with accurate details
• Number of prospects converted to customers
• Nr of appreciations/complaints received impacting the customer/company
