Marketing & Sales Manager

Objective: Identify, connect and build strong relationships with the customers and grow the
business together.
Job Location: Mysore

Be presentable and wear the office uniform everyday
Be aware of all the products, processes and team members

Good Communication skills

Responsibilities:
Strong knowledge of the construction material products, pricing, processes,and people
Visit new and existing customers across different places and maintain strong rapport
Bring in additional insights based on the evolving needs of customers and competition
Deliver on the sales and collection targets at Customer, Product and region level.
Comply with the company processes
Liaise with all team members internally and delivering top quality service to customers Success metrics:
Absolute and % increase in sales
Absolute and % increase in collection
Absolute and % increase in new customer acquisition
% punctuality in attendance
Nr of Appreciations/Complaints impacting the customer and company
