Adobe Video Editor

Role & responsibilities:

• Lead and manage video projects from concept to completion, ensuring high-quality content.
• Create short-form videos such as reels, highlights, and promotional clips.
• Take full responsibility for the creative and technical aspects of video production.
• Edit and produce podcast episodes, ensuring high audio and visual quality.
• Create visually appealing video versions of podcast episodes for distribution on video platforms.
• Understand social media metrics and algorithms to optimize video content for engagement.
• Design and animate motion graphics to enhance video content.
• Create intros, outros, transitions, and other animated elements to improve viewer engagement.
• Work closely with the marketing team to brainstorm and develop video concepts and scripts.
• Participate in team meetings to align video content with overall marketing strategies.
• Update and maintain video assets, including templates and style guides.
• Stay updated on the latest video editing and motion design trends, tools, and technologies.
• Implement innovative techniques to enhance the visual impact of our videos.
• Contribute towards overall Marketing goals impact including branding, lead generation, social media reach, etc.
• Stay current with industry trends and best practices to produce relevant and cutting-edge content.
• Create branded videos across case studies, explainer videos, team culture videos, testimonials, tutorials, more
• Edit and produce high-quality videos for various platforms, ensuring alignment with our brand's IT themes.
• Must have hands-on experience in Adobe Premiere Pro and AI video creation platforms and software to create, edit, and enhance video content.
• Maintain an organized workflow, managing multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines
• Create branded videos across case studies, explainer videos, team culture videos, testimonials, tutorials, more.

Preferred candidate profile:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in video editing.
• Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro.
• Experience with AI video creation platforms and software.
• Strong understanding of video production processes and best practices.
• Ability to quickly grasp and execute briefs with minimal guidance.
• Excellent attention to detail and a keen eye for visual aesthetics.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
