Position: Key Accounts Manager

Role & responsibilities:

Develop and maintain strong relationships with Key enterprise customers, understanding their business objectives, and aligning them with our cutting-edge technology solutions.

Perform daily customer visits and updation of CRM

Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities, delivering innovative solutions that provide added value and contribute to the company's sales targets.

Act as a customer contact point within the organization, ensuring client feedback is heard and acted upon to reach win-win resolutions and enhance service delivery.

Create and execute strategic account plans to maximize revenue and profitability from key accounts while meeting customers' evolving needs.

Stay abreast of industry trends, competitors, and market dynamics, providing customers with valuable insights and positioning them for success.

Collaborate with internal teams, including product development and marketing, to deliver seamless service and solutions to key accounts.

Adhere to 100% CAF/ Customer Documentation and Payment collection compliance and updation.

Preferred candidate profile:

  • Graduates, preferably MBAs with a minimum of 3 years of relevant sales experience; candidates with higher experience will be considered for suitable roles.
  • Demonstrated expertise as a Key Account Manager with a proactive approach in a B2B service industry or a similar client-facing role within the technology sector (Preferably from ISP/Telecom). Industry Experience in Selling ILL to SMB enterprises is highly preferred
  • Proven sales prowess, consistently meeting or surpassing sales targets.
  • Strong proficiency in key account management, presentation delivery, communication, and relationship-building.
  • Strategic mindset with a thorough comprehension of market trends and industry advancements.
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
  • Strong understanding of telecom and technology products and services, especially wireline and Internet Leased Line

(ILL) solutions and Wi-Fi networking

  • Ability to understand and discuss technical product specifications and requirements with clients
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly
  • Proven ability to negotiate pricing and close deals effectively.
  • Strong relationship-building skills to maintain and grow key client accounts.
  • Proficiency in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software. Prior experience of working on CRM is preferred.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), particularly excel handling experience is beneficial.
