Job Description

Role:- Field Sales (BDE)


Company:- Essilor India Pvt. Ltd.



Role & responsibilities


  • Primarily will be responsible for entire secondary sale in the territory, working with the

distributor/channel partners of 2.5 NVG

  • Ensure full business compliance from the Channel, as per the policy of company.
  • To coordinate for all marketing and promotional activities related to 2.5 NVG products

and services in the territory.

  • Work with distributor teams, channel partners, other functional team members to grow

the business.

  • To work on new business development, channel expansion in the territory
  • To develop and expand retail base for all kinds of 2.5 NVG products in the territory.
  • To ensure credit control, timely payment and collection from all assigned

customers/secondary customers.

  • To support the customers/channel partners in organizing all relevant field/trade/retail

promotional activities.

  • To coordinate with his reporting manager for all types of necessary reporting

(Online/Offline and/or any electronic or paper based reporting)


2. REPORTING/COLLABORATIONS


  • Report to TSE/ASM of the geography
  • Collaborate closely with other team members of 2.5 NVG

3. ADDITIONAL SKILLS/RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. To coordinate with relevant stakeholders for any new or other 2.5 NVG business model

in the territory.

2. To extend all support to other 2.5 NVG staff working for other functions/business

models in the same territory.

3. Continuously provide feedback to improve service delivery through business models.

4. Willing to travel 80% of the time



Preferred candidate profile

One or more of the following:

 Eye care/eye wear

 Medical device/Pharma/Healthcare

 FMCG/FMCD

 Telecom Or similar

Sales background with experience of Channel sales/ Institutional sales/

B2B sales, campaigns, product promotions, collections, end to end co-

ordination with cross functional departments

 Experience of working with distributors/dealers


Language Proficiency in Hindi, local language English added advantage
