KRA & Responsibilities:

Accident Prevention & Minimization

• Implement programs to achieve zero lost-time accidents and minimize minor injuries at the plant.
• Lead initiatives aimed at preventing workplace accidents and reducing injury rates.
• Implement corrective and preventive measures based on incident analysis.

QMS Management & Safety Audits

• Support the Management Representative (MR) in tasks related to ISO QMS certification.
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure compliance with ISO standards.
• Conduct monthly safety audits to ensure ongoing compliance and safety improvements.
• Document audit findings and implement necessary corrective actions.

Plant Safety Management

• Oversee gate entry procedures, PPE management, and work permit systems at the plant.
• Ensure that gate entry procedures are followed to maintain safety and security.
• Manage and monitor the use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) across the plant.
• Oversee the work permit system, particularly for non-routine work.

Emergency Response

• Lead the Emergency Response Team (ERT).
• Train and lead the ERT to handle emergencies effectively.
• Ensure that emergency response plans are in place and regularly updated.

Qualification & Work Experience:

• Qualification: Certification (Diploma) in Industrial Safety from RLI / CLI / State Council, Graduate
