• Handling the Clients for Staffing Operations.
• Joining and Exit formalities of Associates.
• Recruitment Cycle with Generating Offer Letter

• Handling compliances (ESIC, PF) related cases of employees.

• PF & ESIC counterpart handling & guiding for procedures.
• Tackling Employee Grievances related to mediclaim.

• Providing ID cards for all Employees

• Solving the queries of team as well as Client regarding the payments or any other

Issues.

• While new joining, proper background verification, documentation is provided to HQ

for further procedure.

• Providing timely required information to HQ.

• Attendance and Time Management :-

• Payroll Management

• Updating of Records with New Hires and Resignations - Date of joining / Date of resignation /

Last working day in the Payroll Masters.

• Every Month, Contract extension data is shared with all regions in order to extend contract

tenure.

• Preparing payroll master for validated Attendance / Leave / days worked during the particular

period for a New Hire / hold cases due to Resignation etc

• Attendance, Leave of employees and updating the records accordingly.

• Coordinating with every regions for employees attendance and leaves data.

• Handling Preparation of attendance sheet for every regions and send it to client.

• Coordinating with finance team for invoice clearing and salary process.

• Providing Monthly Payment Calculations & Inputs to HQ for Salary processing.

• Checking of Invoices received from HQ before processing for Payments

• Providing Invoice Payment details to HQs for on time Salaries releasing.

• Tracking the Leaves taken by Associates as well keeping records for pending leaves for the

Same.
