Key Responsibilities:
Oversee and manage general office operations, ensuring a well-maintained work environment.
Handle documentation, filing, and correspondence efficiently.
Assist in coordinating meetings, schedules, and travel arrangements.
Manage inventory and procurement of office supplies.
Support HR, finance, and other departments with administrative tasks as required.
Maintain records related to office expenses and ensure timely payments for utilities and vendors.
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Arranging and handling Room meetings, Logistics management
Ensure Timely Hotel booking & Visa for employees and directors
Prior working experience in Corporate firms.
