Key Responsibilities:
- Understand the key priorities and plans for health agency channel to devise strategies and cascade targets across the territory
- Monitor the market dynamics, competitor actions to incorporate learnings and insights during planning activities
- Drive initiatives and strategies to achieve top line and bottom line, while maintaining profitability & loss ratios for the channel
- Ensure alignment and execution of regional plans in terms of growth, activation, penetration, product mix and profitability for the area
- Execute activities to drive recruitment, activation and development of agents to manage Health Agency sales for the circle
- Provide inputs for the manpower planning exercise for the circle and branch teams to ensure maximization of productivity
- Define team goals, allocate responsibilities and conduct performance appraisals against set targets for team members
