Team Leader - IT Sales

We are looking for an experienced Team Leader - IT Sales to join our team. This role is ideal for someone with a passion for technology sales, particularly in the cloud and enterprise IT solutions space. The successful candidate will lead the IT sales team, drive sales growth, manage customer relationships, and play a key role in the technical sales process. You will collaborate with internal teams to ensure the delivery of seamless solutions to clients, contributing to the overall growth of the business.

Key Responsibilities:

• Customer Engagement & Sales Support: Collaborate with sales teams to understand customer requirements and objections, develop strategies, and deliver solutions that lead to sales closures.
• Technical Support & Documentation: Provide upper-intermediate written and oral communication, ensuring technical support documentation is clear and well-prepared for internal and client use.
• Cloud Solution Expertise: Stay up to date with cloud solutions and technologies, constantly improving skills to provide customers with cutting-edge solutions, particularly in Chrome Enterprise, Azure AD, RSA, Citrix XenApp, VMware, Microsoft Intune, and more.
• Client Visits & Presentations: Administer client visits, including agenda planning, collateral presentations, and anchor meetings. Prepare questionnaires and templates to ensure efficient information gathering and sharing among internal stakeholders.
• Team Collaboration & Sync-ups: Arrange timely sync-up calls with sales, deployment, and delivery teams to discuss handled cases, streamline project execution, and resolve existing challenges.
• Technical Walkthroughs & Product Demonstrations: Lead technical walkthroughs, product demos, and presentations for customers, showcasing Chrome Enterprise and other relevant technologies.
• Proof of Concept Ownership: Oversee Proof of Concepts (PoCs) at customer sites, coordinating with internal technical teams and customers to resolve any blockers and ensure successful implementation.
• Sales Strategy & Growth: Work closely with the enterprise sales team to scale technology acceptance in the market and drive sales growth. Participate in webinars, marketing events, and presentations to increase market presence.
• Technical Troubleshooting & Deployment: Provide basic network troubleshooting, assist with large-scale deployments, and support MDM solutions for Android and iOS devices.
• Collaboration with Partners & Customers: Solve technical queries from partners and customers, offering support for large-scale implementations and roadmaps.
• VC Kit Deployment: Have knowledge of Google Meet kit and its deployment, and assist with VC kit setups.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

• Experience: Proven experience in SaaS-based sales, with a strong understanding of cloud solutions and IT infrastructure.
• Gender: Female candidates preferred for this role.
• Skills: Excellent communication and presentation skills. Ability to explain complex technical concepts in a simple and engaging manner.
• Technical Knowledge: Hands-on experience with Chrome Enterprise, network troubleshooting, MDM solutions for Android/iOS, and technologies like RSA, Citrix XenApp, VMware, Microsoft Intune, and more.
• Travel: Willingness to travel extensively to client locations and events as required.
