About the Role:

We are seeking a highly experienced Team Lead to oversee and manage quality control for infrastructure projects under the Agra Municipal Corporation. The ideal candidate will have extensive expertise in road and building projects, including construction supervision, quality assurance, and consultancy services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage quality control activities for urban infrastructure projects, with a focus on roads and buildings.
• Ensure compliance with relevant construction codes, safety regulations, and project specifications.
• Conduct site inspections, material testing, and audits to maintain high-quality construction standards.
• Provide technical guidance and consultancy services on project planning, execution, and risk management.
• Coordinate with contractors, municipal authorities, and stakeholders to resolve quality-related issues.
• Prepare and review reports, documentation, and recommendations for improving construction quality.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering (Masters degree preferred).
• Experience: Minimum 15 years in construction supervision of urban infrastructure projects (preferably Roads and Buildings)
• Proven expertise in handling road and building projects, including consultancy services.
• Strong knowledge of quality control procedures, construction materials, and project management.
• Experience in working with government agencies, municipal corporations, or urban infrastructure projects is a plus.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
