Job Description
- Leads the solution design workshops and design sessions throughout the project
- Co-Leads the high-level business process design
- Responsible for preparing the functional design, workbooks
- Review the solution to ensure high quality
- Acts as first line for the Customer for any technical/solution topics
- Communicate effectively with on-site team, client, technical leads, project managers
- Provide out-of-box ideas and problem-solving, and keep up-to-date with latest SuccessFactors releases
Job Requirements:
- Min 4 years of experiences (or 8+ implementation projects) in SAP LMS module. Strong consulting and technical skills in LMS module
- Knowledge of LMS reporting (including PRD, BIRT)
- Hands-on experience in any other modules (except LMS)
- Valid certification in one or more SAP SuccessFactors modules
- Good knowledge of HCM concepts, process related knowledges
- Experience working in global companies
- Experience working directly with customers and managing their requirements
- Professional presentation and communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Currently live in and qualified to work in India
