Senior Curriculum Developer

1. Finalize topics and structure for volunteering programs in collaboration with the Curriculum Manager.
   
2. Manage and guide the Junior Curriculum Developers on the team.
   
3. Conduct a 1st level review of all curriculums before sending them to the Curriculum Manager for final approval.
   
4. Review current curriculums and improve them constantly.
   
5. Be ready to create curriculum content whenever required.
   
6. Support the Curriculum Manager in project management and reporting progress to leadership.
   
7. Become a subject matter expert in your chosen area to enhance the quality of the curriculum.
