SAP Solution Manager - Monitoring Tools (4-10 yrs)

Job Title : Solution Manager (SolMan) Consultant

Position Overview :

We are seeking an experienced Solution Manager (SolMan) Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in SAP Solution Manager, with expertise in managing the application lifecycle, monitoring, and enhancing system performance.

Key Responsibilities :

- Implement and configure SAP Solution Manager for project management, testing, and monitoring.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements for system enhancements.

- Provide guidance on best practices for using Solution Manager tools, including Change Request

Management, IT Service Management, and Business Process Monitoring.

- Conduct training sessions for end-users and stakeholders on SolMan functionalities.

- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues, ensuring optimal operation.

- Assist in upgrading and maintaining the SAP Solution Manager system.

- Develop and maintain documentation for processes, configurations, and user guides.

Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.

- Proven experience as an SAP Solution Manager Consultant or in a similar role.

- Strong understanding of SAP landscapes and integration points.

- Experience with ITIL processes and best practices.

- Proficient in system monitoring tools and methodologies.

- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Skills :

- SAP certification in Solution Manager or related modules.

- Familiarity with SAP Activate methodology.

- Experience with DevOps practices and tools.

- Knowledge of agile methodologies.
