Presales Solution Architect - CI/CD Tools (8-15 yrs)

Key Responsibilities :

Solution Design :

- Collaborate with clients and internal teams to define requirements, architect DevOps solutions, and create comprehensive design documentation.

Client Interface :

- Be the single point of contact for the client interface and own the customer communication and technical solutioning presentation.

- Lead in Pre-Sales activities and proposals.

- Demonstrable knowledge of AWS best practices across industries.

Infrastructure Automation :

- Design and implement automation tools and frameworks for infrastructure provisioning and deployment.

Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) :

- Establish and optimize CI/CD pipelines for efficient and reliable software delivery.

Containerization :

- Implement containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes for scalable and portable applications.

Cloud Services Integration :

- Integrate cloud services into DevOps processes, leveraging platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.

Monitoring and Logging :

- Set up monitoring, logging, and alerting systems to ensure system stability and performance. Utilize tools like Prometheus, ELK Stack, or similar.

Security and Compliance :

- Ensure DevOps practices adhere to security best practices and compliance standards.

- Implement security measures and access controls.

Collaboration and Communication :

- Work closely with development, operations, and QA teams to foster a culture of collaboration and shared responsibility.

Training and Mentoring :

- Provide guidance and training to team members on DevOps practices and tools.

Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (Master's degree preferred).

- Proven experience as a DevOps Engineer or similar role, with a focus on solution architecture.

- Strong understanding of DevOps principles and best practices.

- Strong technical solutioning experience along with ability to sale to the customers.

- Experience with automation/configuration management tools such as Ansible, Chef, orPuppet.

- Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python, Shell, or PowerShell.

- Experience with CI/CD tools like Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, or CircleCI.

- Knowledge of containerization and orchestration tools such as Docker and Kubernetes.

- Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.

- Experience with monitoring and logging tools like Prometheus, ELK Stack, Grafana, or similar.

- Understanding of security best practices and compliance standards.

- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

- Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications :

- DevOps certifications such as AWS Certified DevOps Engineer, Certified Kubernetes Administrator (CKA), or similar.

- Experience with infrastructure as code tools like Terraform or CloudFormation.

- Knowledge of microservices architecture and serverless computing.

- Experience with Agile methodologies and DevOps culture transformation.
