Job Title: Field Support Engineer (Store Support)

Location: Chandigarh, Jalandhar

Experience: 2+ years

Key Responsibilities:

• Hardware Maintenance: Install, configure, and troubleshoot store hardware including POS terminals, printers, and other related equipment.
• Networking Support: Manage and troubleshoot network connections to ensure seamless communication between store systems.
• POS Systems Management: Support and maintain POS machines and related applications, ensuring they are operational and updated.
• Application Support: Assist with LS Retail POS software issues, updates, and configuration.
• Technical Assistance: Provide on-site and remote support to store staff for technical issues and ensure quick resolution.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Any graduation degree.
• Experience with POS systems, hardware, and networking.
• Familiarity with LS Retail and POS application troubleshooting.
• Strong problem-solving skills and technical aptitude.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
