Desktop Support Engineer 1 (Field)

Job Title: Desktop Support Engineer

Location: Bangalore Day Shift/ Full Time Role

About the Role: We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented Desktop Support Engineer to join our dynamic team. In this field-based role, you will be responsible for providing on site technical support to our clients. You will troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues related to desktop computers, laptops, and peripherals.

Key Responsibilities: On-site Support: Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware and software issues on-site at client locations.

Perform hardware repairs and replacements, including but not limited to:

1. Hard drives

2. RAM

3. Motherboard

4. Displays

5. Peripherals (keyboards, mice, printers, etc.)

Warranty Verification: Accurately verify product warranties and escalate issues as needed. Maintain accurate records of all service calls, repairs, and parts used.

Qualifications: Proven experience as a Desktop Support Engineer or similar role.

Strong understanding of computer hardware and software.

Experience with troubleshooting and resolving common hardware and software issues
