Bid Specialist

We are looking for a Bid Specialist with at least 2 years of experience in handling GeM portal for IT products such as servers, storage, printers, desktops (DTPs), and laptops (LTPs).

Key Responsibilities:

• Managing bid submissions on GeM (Government e-Marketplace) portal.
• Handling end-to-end tendering process, including documentation, pricing, and compliance.
• Identifying relevant government tenders and preparing competitive bids.
• Coordinating with internal teams for product specifications and pricing.
• Ensuring timely submission and tracking of bid status.
• Staying updated with GeM policies and procurement guidelines.

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience in bid management, specifically on the GeM portal.
• Strong knowledge of IT products like servers, storage, printers, desktops, and laptops.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to handle multiple bids and work under tight deadlines.
