Job Description
Position Overview:
We are seeking a Field Support Engineer to provide on-site technical support for desktops, Laptop, printers, and other IT equipment. The role involves troubleshooting hardware and software issues, performing installations, and ensuring smooth IT operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide on-site support and troubleshoot desktop, laptop, printer, and hardware issues.
- Install, configure, and maintain IT systems and peripherals.
- Educate users on best practices and provide exceptional customer service.
- Maintain detailed records and collaborate with the IT team.
Qualifications:
- 1+ year of field or technical support experience.
- Graduation degree or 3-year diploma.
- Good communication skills.
