Customer Support Engineer-Field

Role & responsibilities

• We require a customer support engineer for the maintenance of end-user devices such as laptop, desktop, and printers repair and installed at our customer premises.
• Should be able to fault diagnose & replace faulty parts from these products (Desktop, Laptop)
• Candidates with knowledge of Laptop, Desktop and Printers will be given preference.
• 3 to 5 years of experience in hardware maintenance of the above assets from HP, Dell, Lenovo, Epson, etc is a must.
• This is a field job and requires the candidate to travel to our customer premises for diagnosis and repair activity.
• It is essential for the candidate to own a two-wheeler for the purpose of travelling.

Preferred candidate profile

• Candidates must have experience in working as a field Engineer.
• Good communication and positive attitude are important.
