Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role at Bangalore for an HR Operations Associate/Manager. The HR Operations Associate/Manager will oversee daily HR operations and pre-onboarding, implement HR strategies, manage employee relations, and ensure HR compliance.

Qualifications:

• Strong knowledge of HR principles, practices, and regulations
• Experience in HR operations, employee relations, and compliance
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently
• Proficiency in HRIS and MS Office (good MS Excel skills mandatory)
• Bachelors degree in Human Resources or related field; HR certification is a plus
• Proven leadership and decision-making skills
• Attention to detail and organizational skills
• Experience in a managerial HR role in a start-up is preferredRole & responsibilities
