Human Resource Intern

Educational Qualification: MBA (HR) with minimum score of 70%

Year of Graduation: 2024/2025 only

Tenure: 3 to 6 months

Job Responsibilities:

1. Assist in the planning and execution of HR projects, such as employee surveys, and policy reviews and updates

• Research: Conduct research on HR best practices and trends to support ongoing projects and initiatives.
• Collaboration: Work closely with other HR team members to ensure project goals are met.

2. Assist with Employee Engagement Activities:

• Event Planning: Help plan and organize employee engagement events, such as team-building activities, workshops, and social gatherings.

3. Training Data Collection and Reporting:

• Develop and manage reports on training outcomes, satisfaction scores, and key performance indicators (KPIs)

4. Training Evaluation and Analysis:

• Analyze training feedback to measure the effectiveness of programs, identify gaps, and recommend improvements.
• Evaluate the impact of training on employee performance through post training evaluation process

5. L&D Coordination and Support:

• Assist in planning, scheduling, and coordinating internal and external training programs.
• Manage training calendars and communicate training schedules to employees and relevant departments.
• Track attendance and feedback for all learning programs.
