Job Overview
TE Connectivity's Sales and Marketing Teams are responsible for the sales and marketing of TE's products, systems or services including sales oriented activities, market development and communications.
We are looking to hire an experienced Sales Manager who can managing B2B sales in the public sector for the Aerospace and Defence Market for South India. The Sales manager's responsibilities include growing the company's revenue by ensuring that key customers are satisfied with the services provided, identifying new business opportunities, managing team, attending all meetings, conventions and training workshops.
Managing Key Accounts with strong customer relationships for long-term success.
Managing, motivating, Facilitating and support team to drive for business growth.
Building strategies to increase market share by promoting TE value propositions thru design speck inns & Competition replacements.
Respond on new RFQs and developing new sales opportunities
Tracking accounts targets and ensure increased sales.
Analyze data and sales statistics and improve business and marketing strategies.
Mapping competition activities & preparing SWOT analysis to build further strategies.
Compiling reports on account progress, goals, and forecasts for internal teams and stakeholders
Developing a thorough understanding of key customer's requirements and propose customized solutions
Negotiating contracts with key customers and meeting established deadlines for the fulfillment of long-term goals.
Managing & motivating the team to achieve the desired outcomes
BE/ B.Tech (Electronics, Mechanical), MBA (preferred)
Proficient in all Microsoft Office applications as well as CRM software
12+ Experience in Sales & Marketing in B2B industry.
Experience in Key Account Mapping
Experience and Ability to handle multiple tasks and build rapport with customers.
Experience in selling technical products used in Aerospace and Defence industry.
