TDF Diamonds & Gold - Lead - Creative (6-16 yrs)

Key Responsibilities:

- Conceptualize and design visual elements, including logos, websites, marketing collateral, advertisements, social media graphics, and more.

- Collaborate with the marketing and content teams to understand project goals and deliver effective design solutions.

- Ensure all design work is aligned with brand guidelines and meets client expectations.

- Create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes for web and mobile applications.

- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and design tools, continuously incorporating new techniques and technologies.

- Assist in developing creative strategies and campaigns.

- Present design concepts and ideas to clients and internal teams, incorporating feedback to refine and improve designs.

- Produce high-quality graphics while meeting project deadlines.

- Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

- Proven experience as a Creative Designer or similar role with a strong portfolio showcasing design skills.

- Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.) and other relevant design tools.

- Strong understanding of design principles, typography, colour theory, and layout techniques.

- Ability to take creative direction and provide innovative design solutions.

- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

- Attention to detail and the ability to work independently.

- Experience with motion graphics and video editing is a plus.
