Designation: Q Commerce Growth Manager


Location: Bengaluru-South Region


Job Descriptions


It is a growth marketing role rather than execution role, and hence, a high degree of responsibilities will be given. The Individual will play a pivotal role in enabling the business to achieve the customer, revenue, and profitability objectives. The main objective for the role is customer acquisition and growth.


Responsibilities:


  • Optimisation of all stages of the funnel, including ad copy, creatives, landing pages, lead submission, calling of leads, and conversions at each stage. This will involve stakeholder management as various departments are involved at different stages.
  • Develop and execute marketing strategies for the companys D2C vertical.
  • Forge critical partnerships with Q-commerce companies to enhance distribution channels.
  • Coordinate with Q-commerce category managers, streamline onboarding procedures, and ensure efficient collaboration.
  • Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to maximize online presence and engagement.
  • Develop and execute offline marketing strategies to drive brand awareness and customer acquisition.
  • Develop and optimize the sales funnel to enhance customer conversion rates.
  • Formulate and manage advertising strategies, including budget allocation and online reputation management (ORM).
  • Establish strategic sales channels with a focus on cost optimisation.
  • Data management and customer journey management are key responsibilities as this role demands both acquisitions as well as retention of customers.
  • Coordinate with diverse stakeholders including internal teams (product, tools, etc.) and external partners (e-commerce service providers, offline vendors, other brands, etc.) to continuously improve.
  • Develop cross-promotion strategies to promote D2C products to the company’s B2B customer base of over 300,000 consumers.
  • Create a comprehensive brand strategy for the B2B vertical to acquire new customers.
  • Leverage corporate contacts to enhance brand awareness and foster strategic partnerships.
  • Devise offline activation strategies to increase brand and product awareness, ultimately boosting D2C sales.
  • Create cross-promotion strategies to introduce D2C products to B2C customers across the company’s 14+ outlets.
  • Develop a holistic brand strategy to acquire and retain B2C customers.
  • Leverage corporate contacts to enhance brand awareness and establish strategic partnerships
  • Lead and participate in strategic meetings to align objectives and drive results.
  • Know the market: Stay on top of trends in an ever-changing landscape, find opportunities, and prioritize based on size, internal capabilities, etc.
  • Engage with third-party agencies based on business needs.
  • Identify new channels, placements, and other opportunities to drive brand, product, and growth objectives
