Role & responsibilities

• Billing & Cash Handling: Process customer orders accurately at the billing counter, manage cash transactions, and ensure proper billing procedures.
• Customer Service: Greet customers, address their queries, and ensure a delightful experience.
• Order Taking: Accurately take and process customer orders in a timely manner.
• Cleaning & Hygiene: Maintain cleanliness of the counter, tables, and overall store premises, ensuring compliance with hygiene standards.
• Assisting Baristas: Support the barista team with drink preparation, stocking supplies, and maintaining smooth workflow.
• Team Collaboration: Work as part of a team to ensure smooth daily operations and exceptional customer satisfaction.

Preferred candidate profile

• Minimum qualification: 10th/12th pass or equivalent.
• Prior experience in F&B, Cafés, or customer service roles is preferred.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle cash and operate billing systems.
• Willingness to work in shifts, weekends, and holidays.
• A friendly, energetic, and customer-centric approach.
