Job Description
- Lead the implementation, configuration, and support of Workday modules such as HCM, Finance, Payroll, Compensation, Benefits, Absence, and Talent Management.
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into system configurations.
- Develop Workday reports (Advanced, Composite, and Matrix) and dashboards for various business needs.
- Design and manage Workday integrations using EIB, Core Connectors, Workday Studio, and APIs.
- Conduct system testing, troubleshoot issues, and provide end-user support.
- Collaborate with HR, Finance, and IT teams to optimize Workday functionalities.
- Ensure compliance with data security, governance, and Workday best practices.
- Provide training and documentation to end-users and stakeholders.
Primary Skills: Workday Integrations Developer (Expert in PECI, PICOF, G2, XSLT etc.)
Secondary Skills ( nice to have): Workday Integrations, Studio, EIB etc.
