Job Summary:

Role : OTC (Order to Cash)

Experience: 1 year to 5 years

Job Location: Mumbai

Eligibility:

Minimum 15 years of regular, full-time education (10 + 2 + 3)

Immediate Joiners Preferred

Non-Tech Graduate in any stream (Finance/ Accounts stream are more preferrable)

Candidate to have registered EP's

Roles and Responsibilities OTC (Order to Cash) :

• OTC Billing, Excel & Communication (Written & Verbal)
• Strong communication skills for customer facing role.
• Detail Oriented with strong problem solving. 
• Strong Collaboration skills
• Good documentation skills
• Knowledge of ServiceNow tool
• Direct interaction with sales (will engage with clients directly with permission from sales) to review, analyze and understand new business requirements for bill and pay
• Acts as a focal point for internal stakeholders to articulate order requirements and ensures that new orders are set-up correctly
• Participates in new customer implementations and service change management activities
• Participates in distribution of new work on-a-daily basis
• Travel approximately 5-10%, as needed for training, implementation and/or integration activities
• Downloading of Bank statements for all accounts
• Providing bank statements, remittances and correspondences received to the collectors on the same day
• Performing the regular standard tasks of Customer Invoicing Processing function
• Ensure that cash is applied only based on the defined process without exceptions
• Collate all remittances for the Cash/Wire/Cheque payments received and apply to the correct invoice using Remittance Advice from customers or related collectors
• Reconcile orders to match customer books, including validating credits or debits and sending them to customer for collection or refund
• Providing details of un-applied and unidentified cash to all collectors on a daily basis and follow up proactively to get details of applications
• Collections follow-up through email
