Work culture is good. If you need good work life balance , one should choose tcs.

Dislikes

Hike and appraisal system is not good. Every process inside the company is very slow. Salary packages are very low. You don’t get to work on latest technologies. Leadership still follows traditional ways to manage people.i.e. You need to work for 5 days a week. If this is not followed, you get a bad rating.
