Senior Officer or Officer - Costing & MIS

Role & responsibilities

• Maintain Accurate Costing systems, Overhead allocation and variance analysis.
• Analyzing the Consumption report and cost of production, considering Man, Machine & Material.
• Suggest and Implement Cost- benefit analysis and cost- saving initiatives
• Data interpreting and analyzing from various sources.
• System development to data management
• Comparison of Production estimation V/S Marketing estimation V/S Actual costing on weekly and monthly basis.
• Providing product cost & estimation for the newly developed product as well and repeat jobs.
• Coordination with the Sales team related to costing and estimation work.
• Coordination with factory comparing estimation vs actual cost. Reporting the major deviations to the management.
• Maintaining customer costing records.
• Entering approved cost estimations in the ERP.
• Should have knowledge of advanced level of excel, MIS, Cost accounting etc.

Preferred candidate profile

The candidate should be good in communication skill.

Preferable in Printing and Packaging industry.
