Education Qualification : Qualified CMA / CA is Mandatory

Experience required is Minimum 1 year - Maximum 4 Years

A:- JOB PROFILE

A - 1 JOB CONTENT

Responsible for Preparation of MIS, and execute various month end activities in the SAP, and also coordinate

various audits, monitoring and helping in statutory & Sanmar system compliances.

A - 2 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Accounting :-

* Maintenance of accounts & MIS reports in line with accounting standards and Sanmar Accounting Policies

*To Co-ordinate the statutory requirements on GST, Export obligations /Incentives, IDPMS / EDPMS

*To ensure proper coordination with internal auditors.

*To monitor the Business expenses & spending within the approved budget levels.

Audit

Coordinating with auditors (Statutory & Internal )

Handling of statutory audit, Tax Audit, Cost audit.

Month End activities

Execution of standard costing

Execution of actual costing

Calculating WIP

Calculating variance against standard

Settlement of variance

Analysis of variances

Calculating depreciation, Interest.

Raising of inter-company debit notes on service transactions

Accounting of foreign expenses / review

Annual Accounts

Preparation of annual accounts in schedule VI format and compilation of related schedules.

Review monitor, and report the performance against various parameters to the business team.

Statutory Complaince

* Compliance with requirements of GST and Income Tax acts

* Timely Submission of returns
