This position is for growing net new business and new business pipeline as front-line Sales Manager leading Sales & Client Relationship Management, growing new relationships to harness the upcoming trends in the engineering services industry.
The role holder must have a deep understanding of the market & competition of Asia Pacific markets in the Engineering Services industry to develop appropriate winning sales strategies and apply the sales and solution expertise. Candidate must develop trust relationships with a portfolio of major clients, by understanding of key customer needs and requirements
Candidates with hands-on sales experience in the mining, hydrocarbon, petroleum, and power industries are preferred.
Job Description:
- Market Research - Lead Generation & Management.
- Structured leadership towards Sales Process Management and Key Account Management
- Evaluation of Country specific Business opportunities, Identifying Local Associates / Partners
- Hands-on experience working for clients in the Asia Pacific region (Indonesia, Malaysia, Australia)
- Proposal review and Coordination with BU Delivery / Sales teams.
- Coordination between BUs, Associate and Clients for Proposal / EOI preparation and Submission.
- Country and Project Risk Assessment.
- Formation of NDAs / Cooperation Agreement.
- Consortium & Partnership Formation for Bidding.
- Leading the Proposal Submission.
- Create Strong Pipelines to meet targets & use the Lead Management System
- Price Negotiation & Contract Negotiation.
- Internal Execution Agreements with Associates.
- Presentations to Client & Partner. Advocacy with Lenders and Institutions.
- Create reports/dashboards for senior management.
- Keep abreast with industry, market trends and best practices.
- Competitive and Market Intelligence gathering.
- Travelling frequently in the territory for meetings and customer engagements.
