Content Specialist ( L&D )

Location: Bhubaneswar

Position Overview: Seeking an experienced Content Specialist to design, develop, and manage engaging learning content for internal training programs. The ideal candidate will have expertise in eLearning modules, instructional design, video-based learning, and technical documentation, ensuring high-quality training materials that enhance learning experiences for employees.

Key Roles and Responsibilities:

• Content Development: Design eLearning modules, training videos, and documentation for technical & non-technical training.
• Visual & Multimedia Creation: Develop infographics, presentations, and video-based learning materials.
• LMS Management: Upload, maintain, and update learning content in the Learning Management System.
• Collaboration: Work closely with Technical & Soft Skills Trainers to structure learning modules.
• Research & Innovation: Implement microlearning, gamification, and AI-based content strategies to improve engagement.
• Quality Assurance: Ensure content is engaging, accurate, and aligned with learning objectives.
• Continuous Improvement: Regularly update content to reflect industry trends and best practices.

Years of Experience - 2-3 years in content development, instructional design, or corporate training. Experience in creating eLearning materials is mandatory.

Mandatory:

* Tech: Proficiency in instructional design, content creation(MS Word, Google Docs, Goggle sheets, Google Slides), graphic design (Canva), and basic video editing (Canva).

* Non-Tech: Excellent communication, creativity, collaboration, and time management.

Essential:

- Strong understanding of LMS tools (TalentLMS, Moodle, or equivalent).

- Notion tool

- Experience in storytelling for learning and content visualization.

Good to Have:

- Experience with microlearning, gamification, and AI-driven content creation tools.

- Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS for content customization.
