React JS Developer

Position Overview: As a React Developer at Marmeto, you will be at the forefront of building responsive and high-performance web applications. You will work closely with designers, backend developers, and product managers to create dynamic, user-friendly interfaces. This role requires a strong problem-solver who can deliver clean, efficient code and contribute to the overall development strategy of our frontend architecture.

Key Roles and Responsibilities :

• Develop and maintain scalable web applications using React.js and modern frontend technologies.
• Collaborate with backend developers to integrate RESTful APIs and GraphQL.
• Translate UI/UX designs into high-quality code, ensuring responsive and interactive user experiences.
• Optimize application performance, focusing on speed, scalability, and cross-browser compatibility.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies, advocating for continuous improvement in the development process.

Years of Experience - 4+ year

Qualifications : Any Graduate

Mandatory

• SaaS experience of 2 years with total development experience of 4 years
• Must have worked in a smaller company of less than 100
• Should have built solutions/softwares end to end and not just as a part of bigger team
• Should see themselves going deeper into the same role even 5 years down the line
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript, TypeScript, and ES6+ features.
• Solid understanding of Redux, React Hooks, and component lifecycle.
• Experience in developing responsive designs using HTML5, CSS3, and modern CSS frameworks (e.g., Tailwind CSS).
• Familiarity with frontend build tools and module bundlers such as Webpack, Babel, and npm/yarn.
• Strong debugging and problem-solving skills.

Essential

• Proficiency with version control systems like Git.
• Understanding of performance optimization techniques, including lazy loading, code splitting, and caching.

Good to Have

• Experience with server-side rendering (SSR) and Next.js.
• Knowledge of mobile-first and progressive web app (PWA) development.
• Familiarity with design tools like Figma or Sketch for collaboration.
• Exposure to e-commerce platforms like Shopify, BigCommerce, or Magento.
• Understanding of backend technologies and REST/GraphQL APIs for better integration.
