Focus Area

- Develop full scale project plans, develop project team & resources
plan of setting multi-purpose multi product spl. chemical batch
process plant
- Understand designing (drawing, layout, P and ID, Isometric) of
the project finalize it with Project Consultant
- Planning & commissioning of plant scale equipment for various
fields of chemical engineering like mass transfer, Heat transfer,
Mechanical operation, chemical reaction engineering, fluid,
mechanics, environmental engineering in time bound frame work,
with utmost safety & budget controls
- To be responsible & accountable by handling maintenance of
Engineering Equipment of Specialty Chemical Plant
- Maintenance procedures and ensure effective implementation
thru. Sound TQM practices such as 5 S, TPM, Kaizen, QC
- Inspections & Audits of the facilities to identify and resolve issues
- Lead team of Projects & Maintenance Team for effective execution
- Monitor equipment & spare inventory Management with utmost
cost efficiency
- Manage relationships with contractors and service providers

- Understanding of SITE LAY OUT and philosophy, Understanding of individual block layout,
philosophy , sizing ,placing
- Mechanical, Instrumentation, Electrical, Utility and Civil Engineering related work. Brown and green
field projects. Safety devices and process safety management
- Boiler, Cooling Tower, Chiller, Thermic Fluid Heater, Compressor, Blower, Brine, Tank farm ,HVAC
,AHU,Fire fighting system and DG Set.
- DCS-PLC SCADA plant,Batch palnt, semi automatic plant, manual plants. Interlock
systems,Instrumentation
- Fixed Bed Reactor, Packed Bed Columns, Filter Press, Rotary Vacuum Dryer, Filter Nutsch, Fluid Bed
Dryer, Glass Lined Reactor, SS Reactor, APNF,Centrifuge, Tray Dryer, Sparkler Filter, Spiral Filter,
Sandvik Make Granulator, Spray dryer ,Pneumatic conveyor, Multiple Effect Evaporator, Conical
dryer, Spin flash dryer,Ballmill,Jet mill, pulveriser ,Powder manufacturing and R.O. system ,Plug flow

- Knowledge of , PES- , Factory Inspector , GPCB , electrical inspector, Boiler & related laws &
complaince
- Smooth transfer in planning & commissioning of plant scale equipment for various fields of
chemical engineering like mass transfer, Heat transfer, Mechanical operation, chemical reaction
engineering, fluid, mechanics, environmental engineering in time bound frame work, with utmost
safety & budget controls
- Monitoring equipment mainatnave & Invetory, maintenance logs , analyse & improve
- Ensuring designated buildings, plant, and facilities are fit & available for production
- Adhering t- safety & ensuring timely completion
- Effcetive Management of equipment inventory
- Minimizing downtime and disruption t- manufacturing operations
- Increasing manufacturing output and machinary performance

Preferences

The Candidate wh- is not having frequent changes in career & stayed minimum 3+ years in at least tw- organization.
The candidate wh- can join early.

T- stay & settle with family either at Bharuch or Ankleshwar.
