Job Description
- Years of experience 8 to 10 Years
- To develop the new molecules as per specification & within the given time frame.
- To develop the robust Chemical process which is commercially feasible, economical viable and environment friendly
- To plan & execute day to day experiments and maintain their records.
- To perform plant troubleshoots and plant supporting activities.
- To ensure zero incidents at work place.
- To prepare periodic report generation, BMR, process package, technology transfer documents.
- To have smooth coordination with Marketing, Analytical, procurement, engineering, maintenance, production & EHS team
- To be responsible for process scale up and pilot validation & commercialization
- KSA- Knowledge, Skills & Attributes
- New products development, scale up and commercialized.
- Innovative ideas and cost- effective solutions with example
- Cost reduction and process scale up /improvement in existing one.
- Team lead of 5+ M Sc. / Ph.D. employees with daily planning of experiments.
- Synthesis of organic chemistry and process development criteria.
- Vivid exposure in Fine-Specialty Chemical/ Pharma/Agro/ etc.
- Primary Analytical Knowledge of equipment and usage. Characterization and interpretation of prepared intermediates and products.
- Knowledge of IPR and Quality By Design ( QBD) Approach for developing processes
- Having publications in reputed journal & patents
- The Candidate who is not having frequent changes in career & stayed minimum 3+ years in at
- The candidate who can join early.
- Staying with family in Vadodara
- To stay with family at Vadodara city
