• Synthesis of new molecules development followed by technology transfer to production.
• Exposure on Literature survey and knowledge in Intellectual property management.
• Analytical interpretation skills like NMR, MASS and IR, HPLC,GC, etc.
• Handling of Regulatory requirements and customer queries.
• Good Communication skills & GLP/GMP knowledge.
• Must have knowledge on Regulatory Compliance
