Job Description
- Partner Identification and Recruitment:

Develop partner enablement programs, including training sessions, documentation, and support resources, to empower partners to effectively promote and sell company products or services.
Relationship Management: - Build and maintain strong relationships with partners, serving as the primary point of contact for communication and collaboration.
Conduct regular check-ins and meetings with partners to assess performance, address concerns, and identify opportunities for growth and optimization.
Act as an advocate for partners internally, representing their interests and needs to relevant stakeholders within the organization.
Strategic Planning and Execution: - Develop and execute strategic partnership plans, outlining objectives, initiatives, and performance metrics to drive mutual success.
Collaborate with partners to identify joint business opportunities, develop go-to-market strategies, and execute co-marketing campaigns or sales initiatives.
Monitor partner performance and track progress against goals, making adjustments as needed to maximize results and ROI.
