Job Description
- Support regional implementation projects and initiatives for business systems or processes.
- Assist in the deployment and rollout of new systems, applications, or technologies.
- Collaborate with project teams and stakeholders to gather requirements and define implementation plans.
- Provide training and support to end-users on system functionality and usage.
- Conduct testing and validation of system configurations and setups.
- Document implementation procedures, user guides, and training materials.
- Monitor implementation progress and report on milestones, issues, and risks.
- Support change management activities to ensure smooth transition and adoption of new systems.
