Tata Tele Business Services is looking for Team Member - Inside Sales Direct to join our dynamic team and embark on a rewarding career journey
- Engage with potential customers through direct calls and emails to introduce products and services
- Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of the companys products and services
- Qualify leads and schedule appointments for the sales team
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities in the CRM system
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for reaching sales targets
- Provide timely feedback to the management regarding performance
