Job Description
- Drive quality enquires across social media (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter)
- Hands on experience in setting up the campaigns on social media i.e., Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn & twitter.
- Deeper understanding in terms of audience or persona identification.
- Measure and improve key performance indicators such as Impressions, CTR, CPC, Conversion, Lead Quality, Spend, etc.
- Manage Google Analytics to track and measure all marketing campaigns.
- Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, & assess against goals (ROI & KPIs)
- Ensure accurate conversion tracking and attribution.
- Keeping up to date with the latest advancements in social media, PPC strategies, and best practices.
- Ensuring the organization s goals and objectives are met.
- Generate heatmaps to analyze consumer behavior on the website/ LP.
- Suggest improvement in the marketing campaign and make necessary changes if required.
- Optimizing the landing pages along with the Web Development Team.
- Preparing Social campaign reports and presenting it with a detailed analysis.
- Experience in B2B, Presales, lead generation and digital marketing.
- Bachelors degree in Marketing or a related field.
- 4-5 yrs experience as a Social Media Specialist, especially for performance campaigns.
- Skills: Digital Marketing, Paid Social, Competitive analysis, Display, PPC & Reporting.
- Thorough knowledge of analytical tools such as Google Analytics, Web Tends, or similar.
- Ability to work under pressure and prioritize tasks.
- Outstanding analytical, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Strong work ethics.
- Exceptional oral and written communication skills.
- Someone worked in BFSI & IT sector in lead gen profile.
- Someone worked in an agency & managing the lead gen campaigns across social media.
- Certification from social media platforms will be an added advantage.
- B2B experience will be better (not a constraint for good candidate)
- 5-6 yrs of experience in managing the above role.
