Summary of Experience
• 8-10 years Retail, Hospitality, QSR (Preferred)
Qualification
• B. Tec / Diploma in Electrical Engineering (Mandatory)
Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
• Technical Expertise: Strong knowledge of electrical systems, HVAC, plumbing, fire safety equipment, and store infrastructure.
• Vendor Management: Experience in contract negotiations, service agreements, and vendor performance management.
• Regulatory Compliance: Understanding of fire safety regulations, electrical compliance, and statutory requirements.
• Problem-Solving: Quick decision-making and troubleshooting skills for resolving store maintenance challenges.
• Communication & Coordination: Ability to liaise with store teams, vendors, and senior management effectively.
• Data & Report Analysis: Track maintenance records, analyze trends, and generate reports for cost optimization.
• Adaptability: Comfortable working in a fast-paced retail environment with changing priorities.
• Customer-Centric Approach: Ensuring a seamless store experience through efficient facility management.
