Store Junior Manager

• Overseeing and managing materials, tools, or property staging items required for real estate operations.
• Stock Inventory handling
• Total transactions through SAP MM ECC 6.0 System.
• Maintain the proper record of Issue and receipt
• Keep the proper store records (Bin Card, Stores Ledger, incoming & outgoing materials).
• Handling the Daily SAP Report
• Checking the Stock Accuracy through perpetual Inventory.
• Coordination with accounts with respect to processing of bills
• Handling the Stock details, Inward & Outward Activity
• Stock transfer of any item concerned store shall raise Challan and advice for debit note Goods Receipt, Transfer Posting, Stock
• Transfer, Goods Issue, Cancellation. Return Delivery, Subsequent adjustment and Subsequent Delivery, Physical Inventory, MRP,
• Stock Determination, Reservation, Negative Stock, etc
• Preparation of Material requisitions. (MR)
• Preparation of Reservation for Materials
• Preparation of Purchase requisition (PR), Indenting & Follow Up Materials
• Preparation of Purchase Order. (PO)
• Preparation of Misc Contractor & Supplier Bill
• Indenting & Follow Up Materials
• Document & Drawings Control
• Site and Office general administration.
• Managing Free issue material, consumption and stock balance with various vendors.
• Reconciliation of free issue material.
• Certification of supplier bill along with SES

Education & Experience Requirement:

• Graduate preferably with an MBA
• At least 5+ years of experience in Purchase management

Exposure to industries such as Real Estate/ Construction/ Infrastructure
