Project Architect

* Exp in Large Real Estate Projects is preferred*

• Coordinating and overseeing all stages of design projects from conception to completion
• Working closely with designers, architects, and other team members to ensure project goals are met
• Establish TQC framework and standardization into the processes
• Track payments, generate WPRs, MPRs, maintain risk register, delay register, change register etc.,
• Provide value engineering by utilizing the core team abilities and experience to review the design, specifications, BOQs, tenders etc.,
• Schedule important meetings with consultants and lead weekly PRM and DRM meetings.
• Ensuring the final designs meet the clients expectations and requirements
• Managing and maintaining design resources, including digital files and archives
• Staying updated with the latest design trends and technologies
• Establishing design schedules and deadlines and ensuring projects stay on track
