Piping Engineer

Candidate must have around 10 years experience in EPC oil and gas companies working in piping and execution works

• Stage-wise inspection of pipe fabrication, erection, mechanical completion, hydro testing up to pre-commission.
• Piping system mark-up and loop mark-up as per P&ID.
• Looking after fabrication, erection, hydro testing, painting, pre-commissioning of tankage works (Floating and fixed roof tanks- Using conventional and hydraulic jacking methods)
• Looking after erection & alignment of Static Equipments like Column, Vessel & heat exchanger.
• Looking after erection/alignment of Rotary Equipments like Pumps, compressors & blowers.
• Involved in inspection and monitoring of Erection/Alignment of Piping and Equipment of Vendor Package Units at site as per approved Purchase Requisition (PR).
• Inspection and monitoring of installation of trays, tower internals, structured packing etc. of column/vessel.
• Conducting weekly & monthly progress review meeting with contractors.
• Certification of Contractors progress measurement bill w.r.to actual site progress as per approved SOR.
• Approval of job procedures & standards formats of vendors as per project specifications & requirements.
• Daily inspection of contractors job w.r.to job I.T.P.

Monitoring and controlling of punch points for piping system handover.
